Armour Of The Lord

Armour of the Lord.

Ephesians 6 v 13 – 24.

In any sort of battle in the days of old, men covered themselves with metal against the arrows, and spears, which could wound them, and eventually kill them.
However today Police have armour on themselves against criminals that are armed with anything, which could cause injury. Including armoured vehicles once again they are a target for petrol bombs and such like.
Police are armoured up for raids and riots, to protect them of the unknown as they don’t really know what they will find, on this task which had been set before them.
God made this armour especially to prevent us Christian from harm, as in our daily walk with Him, and also against the perils of darkness, which is very real to Christians, especially newly committed ones, as the fallen angel which was called, is on the prowl for any weakness, and like them we have to be alert, and vigilant to know his tiresome temptations, as we know that righteousness always wins over darkness.
Binding him sometimes is enough, but he will try again when you are low and even depressed, by making you do things you later will regret!
The world of darkness can be found in the occult and Spiritual ministry, which the Christians to whom praying over the person must at all times place the armour of the Lord on, as you your are liable of getting the evil spirit come into yourself, and your character will change simply over night. This is unknown by the unexpected victim of the occult, or demon of darkness.
The Lord is aware of our human weakness and had placed down instructions for us to follow daily, if we are lazy or fall short of the instructions we are ourselves to blame, for not listening to the word of God.
I have personally met a x white witch at my old church; everything was done on a low key because the Vicar didn’t want to give any glory to satan., Although the dangers were there. Before the meeting even begun the vicar at that time, requested us to turn to Ephesians and read through the armour of the Lord, making sure that in our imagination we place it on, because of the arrows of the evil one was present. The x white witch told us stories that I only had read in books, although I used to live near a place that had active cauldron on Halloween, we were told over and over again by our parents that this area was forbidden on this night, which we obeyed.
Serpent today we laugh at , because no one has seen them let alone come across them, obviously because no one has ventured into places that you will find such a thing, believe me they exist.
In one of our church services that followed this meeting, the devil manifested itself in a woman and was crawling around on all fours, roaring and snarling, the vicar stopped the service and brought the demon out of the person obviously all of us were shocked and dismayed by this action. But showing that this woman didn’t actually place the armour of the Lord on when requested.
The vicar told us that we had to bind satan in two ways within the words of the Armour of the Lord, plus binding him in the blood of Jesus Christ, where their he laid for our sins and against the evil forces of satan.
As you remember Jesus fought a battle alone in the wilderness forty day and forty nights, God his father allowed him to do this to show that he was human but yet without sin. He could of requested the trial to stop any time, he had the power to do so, but chose to honour His Father’s wishes to fulfil the prophecy.
Christians shouldn’t acknowledge satan but be aware that he is able to deceive, and lead astray, but if we are joined in the knowledge of the Blood of the Lord Jesus nothing can separate us from the Lord of the Lord. Roman 8 v 35.

Let us chose God’s way as His way is always the best, and our great reward is seeing Christ in person on that glorious day Jesus returns
Amen
Then let’s honour the Lord with thanksgiving and praises, as he has brought us out of darkness into light, he helps us all in our daily lives, there for us when we call out his name.
As in the song from Sister Act “ I will follow him. What power in those words those you have seen the film.
God bless you all as you learn to trust and obey the Lord, as there is not other way better to be Happy with Jesus but to Trust and Obey”Sincerely In Christ. Clive (Matched_1)
